This would be quite funny. Also, Haley would be a better VP pick.
Haley wouldnt take it imo because most of her fanbase comes from not being Trump. She has more to lose and less to gain unless Trump dies, which isnt non-zero but damn she'd be essentially out of politics for 4 years if he didnt.
