Shit, I've managed to get a crick on one side of my neck just before bed and I don't have any of my usual make-it-go-away meds or massage tools on me. Or melatonin to help me just fall asleep. And this pillow is terrible. Gah!

try tilting your head back then centre then opposite side

Yeah I've been trying that but as soon as I lie down it starts hurting again. It's like from under my left ear extending towards the back of my neck. I'm going to try and find a better pillow in this house
