You seem to be referring to absorption.
If you're going to be pedantic, then digestion starts with the mouth, where it's called mechanical digestion. Then, in the stomach, it's called protein digestion according to Wikipedia.
We could have a productive conversation without name calling. What are you, 13? Please tell me you're on your teens. That way I can adjust. Otherwise, it's stupid to call someone "bitch" in an otherwise intellectual confrontation.
