Yeah I don't get it either. It's probably a sex thing, but I can't figure out how.

Apologies for being a degen, but my best guess is that they referred to >! The capability of the female part to continue to hold the male part as it pulls out. Like when you put something a rubber ring and pull it back out, with the ring curving up around the object !<
