Been searching online but it gives me plenty of options, it seems.

Is it true that a low vitamin-D deficiency can make you feel a bit down in the weather, so to speak?

As I recall, D is kind of complicated. Getting sunlight improves vitamin D levels, and getting sunlight protects against SAD, but taking vitamin D supplements isn't as effective against SAD as going outside.

Could be wrong here but Vitmin B complex also helps. It helps metabolize carbs which makes it good for western style diets (or lets be real, all modern idets except for a few areas) and also contains l-thamine which is supposed to be really good for stress
