Could it be European brown rot? Looks similar to the photos in this article from 2014 https://www.goodfruit.com/brown-rot-surprises-cherry-growers/

Looks very similar. And the tree is located in germany

Hopefully the fungicides mentioned in the article (or something better) can fix your tree!
