Was this made by a 10 year old? No one would say that while seeing someone doing the nazi salute. Far more common is calling someone a nazi nowadays if the other person does not like what someone's saying.
Have you ever seen any liberal politicians? They deny any nazi involvement even in the face of overwhelming evidence.
Maybe it's different in America, I don't know how much the nazis are openly expressing themselves as ones. In Brazil, it's gotten terrible. Ukraine too.
I don't think it's liberal politicians doing this. A right wing person would much rather tend to deny calling something far-right in order to protect their interests. A liberal would scream "nazi" when seeing something that opposes their world view. The nazis have committed horrible crimes and I think that their name should not be inflated, because if - God forbid - the same tendencies would start arising again, you could not use the word "nazi" anymore, because it has been already used e.g. for pro life people.
