Got a refund on my lunch delivery because it was crazy late, which I'm glad about because I tried a pumpkin spice latte and I'm happy to not be paying money for it. I'm going full Melbourne coffee snob on this one.. the Americans just don't get coffee.
pumpkins belong in soup or roasted
or in the bin...
Try it roasted with chimichurri. Might change your mind.
I suspect that would be the same old taste and texture of roast pumpkin, just with a nice spice on it
