If Oracle goes bankrupt in the future, what would you like to see as the destination for some of its products? (lemmy.zip)

Inspired by this post by Ed Zitron on Bluesky, I wondered if Oracle would file for bankruptcy in the future, whether due to poor decisions, millions in losses in sectors that failed to meet their targets, the loss of lawsuits filed by users and/or customers, or other reasons.

What fate would you like to see for the products offered by this company?

Oracle NoSQL Database is released under the CDDL or Apache license

Java being bought by JetBrains and ending up merging Java and Kotlin

Jetbrains Java would be the best outcome. They're already heavily invested in Java and in the community.
