I just woke up, but I don't think the unit should be percentage per 100k people. Otherwise, I agree with the statement though.
Yes am I unaware of a strange way of displaying these metrics or did they just add the % sign for no reason?
i'm pretty confident (p<0.05) they just added a % for no real reason.
Judging from the rest of the post, the person probably has issues with maths.
