Why does my sub to our ko-fi keep getting cancelled? (self.div0)

I know I haven't been active since I began this very intense full time job (to go with my full time school) but I just got an email that said my subscription has gotten cancelled again.

Is there any way to stop that happening?

I have no clue tbh. I haven't set anything up. You can try using liberapay instead maybe?
