The Trump administration will be much harder to bring on board the AUKUS plan than the Biden administration, which may be the death of the deal. It should be.

Meh.

The fact that AUKUS is being reviewed is pretty meaningless. It should be reviewed by any incoming administration.

We're an attractive dance partner for the US:

we're right where the US wants to have nuclear sub facilities
we're a stable US partner over many decades
Trump needs friends who are not dictators
