"affordable" housing is such a bullshit term that only serves to help liberals feel like anything is actually being done, when in reality most of those places are anything but affordable when taking into account median income levels of the people that they are ostensibly supposed to be for.
Yeah, on top of that the "affordable" narrative came after this particular building was burned down! It was going to be more of those bourgie condos/apartments 5-over-1s going up everywhere else in Minneapolis (and the us) where they demolish multiple actually affordable apartment buildings and have 3-5 rich tenants that pay enough to cover the costs of the whole building.
