But he still believes in HP. The company that claims 3rd party ink cartridges are a security issue because apparently their printers blindly run any code from any cartridge. The company who purposely makes their laptop hinges weak so that they can sell more computers. A company that can't make anything other than a Windows computer, and even those have dropped in quality so hard that nobody wants them anymore. What the fuck is there at HP that he believes in? The war chest of cash they built up over decades? The MBA ghouls?
Interesting parts about how they failed Palm, but this man sounds like a clown after the halfway point.
Any executive either has to drink the kool aid and love their company or deal with the cognitive dissonance of the company’s actions. It’s just human nature.
