Windows has more software support due to their near monopoly, but it certainly isn't a better OS.
Windows sucks ass and the only reason to prefer it is terminal gamer brainrot.
Steam OS and presumably other Linux flavours too beat windows on game performance.
Yeah, but sometimes you have to wait a couple days after release for patches in proton to play and gamers™ are nothing if they're not impatient.

nah linux has overcome, i shared this opinion when windows 10 came out but 11 is just too far and too offensive. the amount of annoyance is literally the same if not less on linux.
