You've got a big bunch of Space Ork stuff there.
The big thing with four arms is a Rogue Trader era Ork Dreadnought.
There are a few Mekaniaks.
The thing with three balls at the end is an Ork Shokk Attack Gun.
There's a Bad Moon Weird Boy (code 070620/6).
From what's visible, though, it doesn't seem to tie up with your receipt at all - that lists a lot of Warhammer Fantasy Battle units.
This site might be helpful - there are zillions of catalogue images specifically for identifying vintage Space Ork stuff. Beasts of War
Thank you very much for your efforts, who knows, maybe the figurines from the receipts will show up at some later point too.
Do you by chance also know if this stuff is still worth anything?
I've only bought and sold a little 40k stuff on eBay. I know there is a market for Rogue Trader era stuff, but I wouldn't expect to get rich off it.
The aesthetic from that era is lovingly referred to as "Oldhammer". Try running an eBay search like "40k Oldhammer Ork" to see what people think these things are worth.
