Which election are you talking about? There are so many all over the world and usually a person can only participate in one or a few.
You posted the meme: which "democratic" election are you talking about?
For me its relevant to the german context. I dont believe that we can abolish capitalism and destroy this hierarchical society by voting. I think other people might connect with this meme via a different context.
