How did our ancestors know it was a superfood if they didn't have some dipshit on Facebook coming up with the idea of superfoods?
"Superfoods" are such a fucking racist concept. Taking random foods from other parts of the world, removing them from their original culinary traditions, and putting worse prepared versions of them in a pedestal as somehow uniquely healthy, is... Just culinary colonialism.
