Billionaires would say "but those can only do their jobs because there is a company that employs them" and i say no, all of those work perfectly fine as either self employed or with only two layers of hierarchy. CEO's only exist in oversized, inefficient, leechy companies.
no hierarchies are needed
zero layers
Not everyone wants to be self employed so legally speaking yes its kinda needed to have some person as an employer, but on a social and decision making level you can democratize it i agree. Ofcourse there are different models with shared ownership and such but thats also not for everyone i think.
You can't really apply the current needs (and partly wants) to an anarchist society. Yeah not everyone wants to be self employed but self employed in the current context is way different than it would be in anarchy. Obviously not everyone would want to go through the whole hassle of self employment (i.e marketing, dealing with taxes looking for jobs to do) and in anarchy you could have guilds or something where you could focus on just one thing you want to do without dealing with all of the other architectural stuff
