Is this image used elsewhere on like left Twitter? Because I only recognize this from here and saw this exact image here ~~like an hour~~ about 5 hours after he got shot

I edited my comment. The photo caption doesn't say anything about when the photo was taken or who took it.

A balloon with a sign taped to it reading 'CEO DOWN' over the image of a smiling star and party poppers was found outside the Hilton Hotel in Midtown Manhattan
