I have't seen it posted to Politics, but it would be removed as it's not political.

And the usual normal reasonable line regarding violent rhetoric is plausible threats of violence. And hate speech is defined usually as hatred toward a marginalized group of a protected class. I.e. we know exactly what hate speech is, we don't have broad definitions that you can apply surreptitiously after the fact to people like billionaire or police.
