Out of curiosity I went looking for the context to that comment, and discovered that it was in reaction to a wildly Islamophobic cartoon making a joke about Gazan's starving during the month of ramadan [linky] [CW: Racism, Islamophobia, genocide]:
The mod then goes to great length to avoid commenting on the racist context of the post, as well as any definitive statement acknowledging the Palestinian Genocide or the culpability of Israel and the IOF. Tries to whatabout China, Russia, and Iran
Turns out libs actually do practice critical support, but instead of critically supporting AES projects they support any state crusading against muslims.

Before I went looking for the context I had a few guesses about what the comment was in response to, and honestly it could have been half a dozen other ones but given it was goat I figured it was probably Gaza/Palestine/Islam related
