The rules are literally The Dunk Tank's rules, just without rule 8.

Uhhhhh how has Hamas attacked the US?
That's half rhetorical, I can't imagine they've done anything directly and I dont recall hearing of anything and I think the guys is wrong.....but it's me here, I am often quite wrong myself.
