Red Hat is the main sponsor IIRC. Fedora is the "flagship" Gnome distro like SUSE is to KDE.
isn't neon the flagship kde distro?
Ehh is Neon even really a distro? Anyway SUSE has had KDE as default for a loooong time, longer than Neon has existed (or even Ubuntu itself, perhaps)
Red Hat used to pay the main ones, not sure if that's still the case post-IBM acquisition.
