I feel like it shouldn’t be randomised, it really takes away from the games experience, being able to spawn into the game with a fully kitted out character would be so much nicer than waiting for it to grow up to the correct age 🙄

I ended up obtaining it on my new main person and it’s just really weird in general. There is three different types, all effecting you differently (I have the inattentive one) Like I genuinely hate that I keep losing my [Glasses] item that i need to keep get rid of the Bad eyesight debuff. Anyone else have opinions on this feature?

Most of the time this isn't noticable, but when I'm looking at something in the distance like [Fireworks] the sound of it exploding does not sync up with the explosion itself. Sometimes the sound is delayed by several seconds and it really takes me out of my immersion. Are the sound files being rendered on the fly, so it has some lag?

Recently discovered which guild I am a part of and learned to filter out the toxic players. Now how would I got about finding players of my guild to add as friends?

We haven't gotten a new update since the Cretaceous Paleogene update 66 million years ago and we haven't even gotten any balance changes since then?

It's been a real problem for me and especially combined with my imagination +1000 buff it becomes very problematic.

Apparently my character for some reason is abnormaly prone to suffer the overthinking debuff, specially comparing to other characters I've seen. It conditions the gameplay because it compromise my character's ability to take important decision and take away the [Courage] state to do things. There are sometimes in gameplay that my character is like "I shouldn't have do that" right after doing something and by his unskippable internal monologues I think he takes a very little problem/posibility and makes a big one in it's head. I don't know how to explain it, but it makes my character unable to relax, causing him to have less mental energy in quests.

What the heck I do? I don't know if I activated some secondary storyline related to my character's development or something elsem. Is it a bug? What should I do?

I always liked staying outside (hahaha) of other people's grinding, but over the past few updates, I have started taking notice of other people's builds who are from the same class.

At first, I had an odd feeling it must be a bug, but after asking around, they said that it was a very neat feature widely integrated in parts of the U.S servers.

Am I starting to unlock this feature? Is it okay if I do? What will the one's that spawned me think if I tell them about it?

I'm coming up on 200,000 hours. But don't think I've mastered the mechanics yet, most of my hours were spent AFK

sure it's immersive, but I'd much prefer convenience over having to keep track of things by hand or memory

I find it strange how much of this game just resets the plot and characters every so often. There are so many early characters that are just memory holed completely.

Like you grind a lot of these arcs, and then they’re not even possible to finish, they’re just like…whoops we forgot to write an ending for that. Character moved to the Denver server. Like…what? I looked at some screen captures from early levels and it was like “wow, I don’t even remember that character’s name, but that was a BFF plot!”

So once in a while, I see players joke about getting QTE (quick time events) for things such as "press X to doubt" or "press F to pay respect", but I have never had one of these QTE's trigger on me.

I didn't see it anywhere mentioned in the skill line, but I theorised it might be a hidden perk in the "intuition" skill line, as that line seems rather vague. I've also yet to find evidence supporting this. Another theory is that I might need to finish a quest(line) to unlock this ability, But yet again, I came up empty handed. I even looked up if I might have accidentally turned a helpful function from the HUD off, but I didn't manage to find anything.

Is there anyone that can help me, because I feel like I'm missing tonnes of QTE'S which is making me struggle with [social] type quests in particular.

A player doing the rolling coal miniquest and psycho debuff cut me off and gave me the finger emoticon.

Another player with the outspoken hippy debuff peed all over my toilet seat but that might have been another debuff. They were super nice but a lot of my inventory box was emptied.

Can I just untoggle PVP somehow? This is bullshit.

I struggle with this notion. But it’s true that all of the PVP I’ve seen is pretty dumb and horrific. I’ve seen soldier players do their thing. I struggle to have any respect for it. Civilian players see a very different side of things. Thoughts or musings appreciated. It’s a complicated part of the game. But I both like and sort of disagree with the quote. Not sure.

Basically the title. I invested the most points into WIS for this character, but I've been kinda regretting it for awhile now. I can't figure out the benefit of a WIS-build in this game. I thought it would maybe give me access to spellcasting, but nope. Because of my low physical stats, I can't do much labor, I get sick often, I have no coordination or dexterity. And then, because I didn't invest much in INT, I have a hard time learning new skills. Low charisma too so it's not like I can charm other players.

Can someone with a successful WIS build tell me what I'm doing wrong?
