I grinded my strength level up for some time, but now it’s down again. Such a bad mechanic.

sorry if I label things wrong and confuse anybody, I didn’t know I could seek help from other players here until recently.

today while I (level 18) was playing there was an unskippable cutscene where my sister (level 11) started crying uncontrollably and saying she didn’t want me to leave. nothing anyone said helped because we all were crying too. it was a long cutscene.

i chose to start the college quest a long way from my spawn point because I wanted to earn the xp to increase lots of very low stats (Confidence, Charisma, Organization, and many more) and make this game a lot more fun to play. I wanted to finally add some players to my friends list because not many players are on it, and most people who I did add only played with me when all their other friends were busy with their own side quests. I hoped maybe in a new place it would be different and I could choose dialogue options that would make other players actually want to go on quests with me and add me to their friends list, but now im worried that my friends list will just be even emptier. I’ve had to play around the [Loneliness] debuff for 18 levels and though I’m not a high level it’s a long time to have that debuff.

speaking of which, I feel like I’m too underleveled to play on my own without the two players that introduced me to the game guiding me. they think I’m ready and that I have the [Mature] and [Responsible] buff. But I can’t see it, and I can’t do the [Hug] emote without crying. I don’t want them to think I am still a noob and all their tutorials didn’t help me. But I still feel like I am not prepared to start this solo quest. I don’t even think I have enough items in my inventory, I feel like I forgot something but don’t know what. They have too much faith in me and don’t think my character’s [ADHD] trait will mess things up for me but I am not so sure.

I want to fully enjoy the new college quest. I want to remove debuffs like [Loneliness] [Social Anxiety] and those things. I want to enjoy all the side quests too and form a guild of people that like me for me. But fulfilling even one of those things looks so difficult to do all alone. I feel like I’ll just be stuck with the same miserable character, just with a new [Homesickness] debuff. One that’s good at school quests but will always be playing alone.

I think the trades are very underrated as long as you live in a first world server. You can make a lot of gold and retire early to explore other servers

Photography is a very overrated skill tree in my opinion, too many players try to level up photography and then they can't find work. It's a good skill tree for fun and improving your life fulfillment score

I’m a level 35 Virgin with Awkward/Loser alignment.

I have many negative mental and physical traits which have kept me away from the multiplayer aspect of this game. Though I have tried, I just never get invites so it tends to be open raids that I go on, but I don’t last long since I’m not with anyone. Or if I join a group, I’m the obvious cannon fodder.

It it worth it to try and find people at this level, or am I stuck soloing until I start a new character?

I recently started my co-op playthrough at level 23. Almost all of my gameplay experience has been on singleplayer, so most of my knowledge of how to be a good co-op partner comes from secondhand experience, like hearing from other players, or finding the occasional walkthrough online (I use the word walkthrough hesitantly because of how different everyone's gameplay experience is). My partner is level 25, and is in a simialar scenario, experience-wise. We're not on the exact same region, he's located 4 in-game hours away by car, so visits aren't a thing we can do super frequently. I was wondering if anyone had any general advice for us. We're both doing our best to communicate openly about everything, spend as much time together as we can while still giving eachother space when needed, affirming how much we love each other, etc. Any tips I can get from other players (especially veterans who have been playing co-op for a long time) would be much appreciated.

During the "Conversation" quick time events, my only dialogue options are "Stay silent" and "Say something irrelevant". This makes the story so unsatisfying to go through! I've spectated other players during their "Conversation" events and they seem to have a much wider range of dialogue options, so i'm wondering where they got them from. I'm in the middle of learning the "Small Talk" skill, but due to my character's "Autism" trait it requires a TON of experience points to level it up.

So... where did you guys get your dialogue options? And do you have any tips on leveling up the "Small Talk" skill?

Lately I've been experiencing a strange debuff I have never encountered before, called "stuck in the past." I don't know what I did to trigger it. I keep wondering if it was an in-game action of mine that caused it, or if I just ran into an unlucky bug. The main effect I see is that I can't choose when to watch my game replays, and I can't control the frequency with which they play. And when I am forced to watch them, the graphics often appear distorted, and I am unable to separate what really happened in the game-play with the buggy, bizarre graphics.

Any tips for solving this?

Hi, lvl 17 here. Ive just finished getting better emotion control stats, and im looking for the most important skill to level Up. This summer I decided to use my skill points on social skills, especifically romance, since I need those relationship buffs (higher happiness stat, and the whole romantic relationship hability tree). Wich stats should I prioritize?

i think I picked the wrong religion- PAGAN Over mainstream religions Which Religion is the best for a LVL 31 Human Build that was CHRISTIAN AT BIRTH- I am interested in the religions of old- NORSE MYTHOLOGY ETC.

I checked the description of it and doesn't clarify if its a buff or debuff, does it have any uses?

So far it has done nothing, so I was wondering if there is a way to perhaps remove this status effect since it's pretty useless, are there any questlines I can take to remove it?

NOTE: I mistyped the title! I would like to rectify it by replacing that second AGI in the title with ENDURANCE! Sorry about that! I'm doing this through in-game chat!

Hello, fellow Outsiders! I've been having some issues with the [Workout] grind activity to give my PC a bit of a boost to the STR and AGI stats. Heck, maybe even a bit of END along the way. There's gonna be a bit of ranting along the way, so bear with me!

Sadly, these stat grinding activities are incredibly time consuming and they really don't work well with my starting area's current blistering summer climate (I play on European servers and gosh the summers in this region I'm in are really awful).

This grinding activity in particular seems to play particularly well in tandem with the local temperature feature and it always gives my character the [In need of a shower] debuff which I always have to immediately get rid of, not only is the blinking alert kind of annoying but long hairstyles make the shower cutscene last FOREVER. It's just so tedious!

On top of that, I have this annoying debuff called [ADHD] and probably some other nasty debuffs I haven't asked a healer character to reveal that just completely erase the memo chart menu from what the heck my character is supposed to be doing! I have to manually input each and every single [Workout] action every time I get my PC onto a training mat... assuming my debuffs don't delete the memo menu over and over again. What kind of inputs do you guys recommend? There are just SO MANY! What do I even do?!

It's really rough to grind these stats in particular - not as rough as some other awful Outside stats that are genuinely impossible to grind with my terrible scuffed character, but still kind of annoying. How do you guys do it on your characters? Visiting the gym areas is a mite overwhelming for my character apparently, because they're always FULL of super roided giga buff characters who grinded their stats in there for years and my boy is just a skinny little gremlin so I would very much like to avoid chatting with them, they're kind of scary (ㅠ﹏ㅠ)

For context, I'm on a Level 22 character. This game is really hard! I have to enter Sleepmode constantly because it's just so damn tiring!

For example, u want to measure your speed stat. To do it you just need to get the actual world record from that stat:

Usain bolt runned at a pace of 44,72km

Divide it by 100

Level 1/100 = 0,4472km Level 2/100 = 0,8944km per hour Level 3/100 =1,3416km per hour And so on

For example to reaching the walking speed for a average human you should need atleast level 12 into speed lol funny

U can measure strength by also doing this technique. The only stats u cant measure are abstract stats like wisdom or faith?

Intelligence can be measure by dividing the iq of the most intelligent individual on the planet

Strength can be measured by dividing how much kilograms could lift the strongest human on the planet and then by dividing it for 100

Reaction time can be measured by dividing the world record of reaction time by 100

Flexibility by measuring the most flexible person and then dividing his range of motion by 100

Endurance..etc

And so on. Like we can measure most stats but only we can't measure abstract stuff like i said earlier. Atleast we have an official guideline of how to measure your own stats. According to this metod im atleast at level 35 speed yikes

I am a Level 26 who has found a coop partner and yet throughout most of my life thanks to my ADHD debuff which i took as a blessing I have been blessed with alot of high level well rounded stats minus that of Agility as well as high level Constitution. Also I have been inflicted with the fat build debuff as well as the confusion debuff and I want to get rid of the fat build debuff and I want advice on that., but most of my buffs are that of my luck being above average in minigames, and my buff of tough skin which grants me very good defense bonuses, as well as the deadeye perk which grants me a bonus to all accuracy stats. My highest level skills are that of Dishwashing, cooking, and hauling. I just don't know what else to do one of the skills I dropped was Plasma donor I don't know what to do anyone have any advice on how to change my build from a heavy?

I have reached the point in the game where many people in my clan has started the recruit-a-friend decade long main quest line.

I have discovered that these low-level newbs are all very interested in what the playerbase collectively calls heavy-machinery - Vehicles only a small percentage of players have ever driven themselves.

Looking at the patchnotes and game logs, these vehicles are quite new additions to the game, and the devs are usually very slow to release patches to the player characters... So... Why this inate interest in the likes of tractors?

I just bought a pet from the in-game shop and chose the puppy option because I read it will increase my character’s beast taming and happiness levels. What I did not expect is that he would have a wizard subclass.

Whenever we go on walks, he grabs rocks and starts chewing on them. I quickly try to remove the rocks from his mouth, however sometimes he’s able to make them disappear when I’m searching only to have them reappear seconds later.

Will these wizard skills increase and should I be concerned when he evolves to a dog?

I understand that most attribute increases are tied to specific activities, such as [Exercise] for STR and CON, and [Study] for INT. However, my character has rolled poorly for the DEX and WIS attributes, and it's compounded further by the [Autism] special ability and the [Visual Impairment] and [Chronic Depression] debuffs.

I've respecced my class a few times, believing that I wouldn't need DEX or WIS each time, only to realize that the two stats are universally useful. My character keeps dropping items in their hands and their inventory, and the inventory itself only renders items next to my cursor. I also discovered that if your WIS is low enough, you lose the ability to queue actions. Other players have noticed and frequently berated me for these dumpstats, and I nearly ragequit after going through the same loading screen three times to look for something that was already in my inventory, before realizing one of the key items I need for my [Gainful Employment] daily quest was not in my inventory after 45 minutes of play.

Are there ways to compensate for these weaknesses? I understand that the [Physical Therapist] class has abilities that can help restore damaged attributes, but I don't know if I have the gold to spare for one, or if it even applies as I don't know if my attributes are damaged or just naturally abysmal.

thoroughly screwed up my main quest line and I want to restart it but I think failing the obtain a maiden quest is unforgiving as well as the personal transportation questline I don't have the required amount of intelligence points to succeed in the int saving throws. How do I restart the main quest line or just these quests in particular?
