It turns it into like %amp (I forget exactly) or at least it does on my desktop Firefox browser. So I substituted with a different old fashioned & and that worked but now on Firefox Mobile it's a square

I think most symbols are actually encoded as strings like that, but IDK why it does it to the title on this website.
