Why are there wires on the outside of the drone? Russian tech does often look like something Warhammer 40k Orks would cook up; this is no exception. Just missing some checkerboard patterns and red paint to make it go fasta

I heard Ukrainians call Russian military β€œOrks”. But Warhammer 40K addition is new.
