whoops no this is UC Davis in 2011. the cop pepper spraying these nonviolent student protestors filed for worker's compensation claiming "psychiatric damage" due to having his name released and won more than $38k USD in compensation.

Not everyone takes Western medias depiction of things as fact, I mean if you werent a complete dipshit the least you could do is try to composite a narrative from Chinese and Western sources instead of taking the #1 Geopolitical enemies word for it and countless other things it has lied about.
You've seen first hand how shitty American government and it's goons are to it's own people why do you think they wouldn't lie about their main adversary?
