Are you frustrated with your lifts and/or nagging pain affecting your progress?

Want to qualify for national competitions?

And looking for a coach that can both help you get PRs AND your rehab injuries at the same time?

Well, I'm looking for athletes like you!

Athletes that have been with me for a long time tend to have multiple or all of the following:

-Neurodivergent or high anxiety

-late 20's to early 40's

-Work in tech, fitness, or healthcare

-Chronically online

Me:

-Coaching weightlifting since 2015.

-Physical therapist for powerlifters and weightlifters since 2020.

-Deaf/HoH

-Neurodivergent (severe ADHD)

Coached multiple athletes to national level.

Here's one who won 48kg womens at Senior Nats 2025 and is currently on the USAW Senior World Team rankings.

Here's another that won silver at british champs a few weeks ago

And here's someone I'm doing the weightlifting + rehab coaching for who is going to senior worlds in 2025

And a relative beginner who's snatch tech we hugely improved to hit her goal of snatching the greens

I am proud and honored to coach them all!

DM me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/ted.thekilophysio/?hl=en or email me at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) to ask any questions you may have.

Or come talk to me at AO2, I'll be coaching there.

Maybe I'll coach you there?

Narrow athletes have more mobility and external rotation, so they tend to choose the lockout with external rotation. Wide athletes have better strength and internal rotation, so it is more natural for them to finish with internal rotation.
