Original Title: What cue do you tell yourself for dropping under the bar in your jerk? I feel this is such a weak point for me and always end up catching it high. Any technique advise on that and my cleans would be appreciated. Thank you! 70kgs (80%) here.

Original Title: Pan Am Champs (from IWF site): Unstoppable USA goes 6/6, WRs for Olivia Reeves and Hampton Morris, great wins for Mattie Rogers, Miranda Ulrey, Kolbi Ferguson and Aaaron Williams - and Caden Cahoy excels again

Been watching since last year's Olympics. Watched the Pan Am Games with Reeves. She had the 4th highest total in the competition. Just bonkers how strong she is. A 20yr old upset Theissen-Lappen. Got her on the final C&J. I looked up the WR total for the 86kg+, Li WenWen. So those women aren't really training to win Gold in the Olympics any time soon.

Between WenWen & Reeves putting up WR numbers in their categories, I'm wondering if we're in the Golden Age of Women's weightlifting??

WenWen increased her total by 16kilos since last year. She's only 25. Reeves is only 22 and has her category on lock. There are a few women in South America who are close but they weren't at this year's Pan Am's.

I'm in awe. But I'm also new to the sport.
