I took my victus gaming laptop to tech support because that shit goes through epileptic episodes where it flickers for minutes at a time every minute or two. First thing they did is do a factory reset “to rule out software issues” like a bunch of morons and when that obviously didn’t work they took it in for a deeper check, they had it for two weeks. When they finally called and I came to pick it up I asked “soo how’d you fix it?”

And I shit you not this mother fucker said “we did another factory reset”

No, it did not work the second time.
